To meet the high demand for agricultural products in Lagos state, Lagos State established the Agricultural Value Chain

Enterprise Activation Programme, through which over 70,000 agriculturally trained youth had their business enterprises activated. The Imota rice mill, with a capacity of 32 metric tonnes per hour (MTPH), will produce over 2.4

million bags of rice (50kg) per year.
