In the Governor’s words;
Lagos and Atlanta have been known to enjoy over fifty years sister-cities relationship, which we had not utilized to best of its capacity. Last night, I met with Mr. Andre Dickens, the Mayor of Atlanta to discuss new and innovative ways to renew the age long relationship.
At the meeting, we touched on different areas of collaborations such as education, technology, sports and entertainment. And agreed to work together on other mutually beneficial areas for the development of the two cities."
