Sanwo-Olu Inaugurates Mini-Housing Scheme

Earlier today, we commissioned the 20-unit two-bedroom apartments located at Olorogun-Allen Street, Surulere.

Gov. Sanwo-Olu congratulated LSDPC for transforming what used to be a criminals' hideout into a cosy residential asset.

The land on which this project is sited used to be a former school, and had become serious security liability for residents of this neighbourhood. It is therefore a relief to us as a

Government, and the residents to finally put the land to good use.

Today, the elegantly designed residential edifice is the outcome of the collaboration between the Lagos State Development and Property Corporation (LSDPC) and State

Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB).

We have created an enabling environment for government agencies to collaborate with the private sector in to reduce the housing needs of our people. The beneficiaries of this scheme

can now live and raise their family in this nice and serene environment.
