Sanwo-Olu Gives Thanks Shares 2025 Vision For Lagosians

Lagos residents have something to look forward to in 2025, as Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has promised more developmental projects across transportation, agriculture, health, energy, and other vital sectors.

This is in line with President Bola Tinubu's Renewed Hope Agenda, which the Governor has fully embraced, aiming for a prosperous year ahead.

During the Lagos Annual Thanksgiving Service, Sanwo-Olu emphasized his administration’s commitment to improving Lagos by focusing on key projects such as the new international airport, expanding the municipal rail system, and constructing a food logistics hub. He also highlighted the implementation of the Lagos State Electricity Law of 2024, designed to provide reliable and affordable power for homes and businesses.

The Governor stressed the importance of collaboration between the federal and state governments to ensure that all Nigerians benefit from democratic dividends.

He also mentioned the significance of the upcoming 2025 Local Government elections, which will strengthen grassroots governance and contribute to a truly federal Nigeria.

With continued support from President Tinubu, key infrastructure projects like the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway and Sokoto-Badagry Expressway are also set to progress in 2025. The Governor’s vision for Lagos in 2025 is clear: a prosperous, connected, and thriving state setting the pace for the rest of the country.
