Commissioning of the Solar Powered ICT Centre.

I had the privilege, on behalf of the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, of opening the new solar-powered ICT center at the State Senior High School, GRA Ikeja. This was made possible by Otunba Ade Adeshina, a diasporan based in the United Kingdom and founder of Adex Solar, who donated the center featuring 10 desktops, 20 laptops, a projector, air conditioning, etc., all sustainably powered by solar panels installed.

Otunba Adeshina's philanthropy and patriotism exemplify the impact diasporans can have on the educational system in Lagos. We encourage diasporans to continue investing in Lagos State. This social investment will undoubtedly empower our youth and ensure that the vision of #AGreaterLagosRising is actualized.
