I consider it a great privilege to be part of this historic moment as the Federal Chancellor of Germany, H.E. Olaf Scholz, arrives in Lagos, greeted by the Deputy Governor, Dr. Obafemi Hamzat, and members of the Lagos State Cabinet, on behalf of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
