Pelumi Nubi Arrives Lagos From London
Today, we welcomed Pelumi Nubi to the beautiful city of Lagos. She's a Nigerian Diasporan who drove alone all the way from London to Lagos, making history as the first woman ever to do so. She represents the can-do spirit of Nigerians, whether at home or in the diaspora.
She received a heroic and hospitable welcome into our beautiful city, Lagos, under the leadership of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, led by a team of the Ministry Of Tourism Arts & Culture and The Office of Diaspora Affairs (LASDA), working closely with her friends, family, and my alma mater, UNILAG.
